<\/p>\nOptimation has launched a mentoring program to help its customers maintain and develop their control circuits themselves. This reduces costs and unlocks the plant’s potential. Through our mentoring program, an agreement is concluded between Optimation and the customer where we are available and support when you get stuck internally in problems.<\/p>\n
Already having a completed agreement is something that facilitates cooperation and simplifies. LKAB Svappavara chose to sign a mentoring program with Optimation.<\/p>\n
Mathias Tegel, LKAB Svappavaara, says the following:<\/p>\n
“For the service agreement and the mentoring agreement we had for 2023, it has fit like a glove. We received help with tuning and better control in several circles!\u201d<\/p>\n
Stefan Bj\u00f6rklund at Optimation helped LKAB Svappavaara with its internal tuning. The fact that there was a mentoring program in place meant that he could directly address the core of their issue, and no time was lost due to administration.<\/p>\n

“The mentoring program made it easier to directly support the customer. I built, for example, a simulator for LKAB Svappavara to test their control concept. It was really fun to be able to help with important knowledge in this way,” says Stefan Bj\u00f6rklund, Optimation AB !\u201d<\/p>\n
