Our idea is simple: operational analysis, where process data and discussions with plant personnel are combined to develop high-level dynamic simulations and a basis for optimization. By building complete, comprehensive dynamic simulations of entire production facilities and sections, we create a platform where new ideas can be tested virtually and interactively. The entire workflow can be run in parallel, and a multitude of alternatives can be analyzed effectively and objectively, helping build understanding and engagement among users in different roles.
OEE Optimizer
We call our simulation and optimization platform OEE Optimizer. Here, we combine data-driven and physics-based simulations within a user-friendly graphical interface that enables fast and accurate simulations, often running more than 100,000 times faster than real time. The platform is developed based on the needs we observe in the industry and through close collaboration with our customers. By gathering and utilizing models for strategic, tactical, and operational levels on the same platform, well-informed decisions can be made.
The tool is based on open standards, providing flexibility and enabling tailored solutions according to specific needs. Currently, three main functionalities are built into the platform:
Long-Term Prediction – Overarching simulations (strategic and tactical decisions)
Real-Time Decision – Real-time simulations (operational decisions)
Real-Time Optimizer – Real-time optimization (operational decisions)
Operational Analysis
Optimation provides complete operational analyses of large, complex production facilities in the process industry. We also offer OEE Optimizer as a stand-alone product.
